Birthday Parties at Flandrau

Please note: The University of Arizona has a strict no-open flame policy and birthday candles are not allowed in all university buildings and on university grounds. You will need to bring your own food, drink, and utensils. Two week notice is preferred for booking.
What your party includes
- Private party room for gifts and food
- Access to all science exhibits
- Advanced, preferred seating for a planetarium show for your whole group
- Refrigerator/freezer
Parties at Flandrau are three hours in length for your guests (2 hours for guests to eat and explore exhibits and approximately 1 hour to enjoy a planetarium show). Additionally, you'll have 30 minutes to setup before your party and 30 minutes to clean up after your party outside of the three-hour party time.

After hours parties are available on a case-by-case basis-and for an extra fee-depending on scheduling and staff availability. Please email flandrau@arizona.edu for more information.
You'll have 30 minutes before and after your party time for setup and cleanup.

Use of the party room beyond the scheduled time will incur a fee of $100/hour and must be arranged in advance.
Pricing
- $350 for up to 15 guests (adults and children ages 3 and up)
- Additional guests are $20 each
- 30 guests maximum

- Deposit of $50 is required to confirm your birthday party.
