Birthday Parties at Flandrau

Host your next birthday at Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium and make it a celebration to remember. Choose from themed party rooms like Dino, Bug, or Galaxy, explore hands-on exhibits, and top it all off with a dazzling planetarium show under the stars.
What your party includes:

- Private party room with refrigerator and freezer available during scheduled party time
- Access to all science exhibits until closing time on the day of the party
- Advanced, preferred seating for a planetarium show for your whole group
Please note the University of Arizona has a strict no-open flame policy which prohibits use of any flames for catering and/or birthday candles.
Pricing
- $375 for up to 15 guests
- Includes all attendees ages 3 and older, excluding the birthday guest of honor
- Additional guests are $22 each up to the maximum for your party room
- Flandrau members receive 10% off their birthday party total. Not a member? Learn about the benefits of membership.
- Flandrau only accepts card transactions. No cash or check payments.

Parties at Flandrau are 3 hours in length for your guests. You will have 2 hours for guests to eat and explore exhibits and approximately 1 hour to enjoy a planetarium show. Additionally, you'll have 30 minutes to set up before your party and 30 minutes to clean up after your party.

Use of the party room beyond the scheduled time must be arranged in advance.
Extended time must be within normal business hours and will incur a fee of $100/hour.
