READ BEFORE BOOKING
  • Select a service ("Science Center Exhibits Visit", "Planetarium Show Visit", etc) to get started.
     
  • Standard field trip registrations are designed for up to 75 people due to activity capacity. If you have more than 75, make an additional reservation for the remainder of your group at the next available time and we'll take care of the rest. Chaperones should be included in the total count.
     
  • Discovery Programs are designed for up to 30 to 35 students depending on the program, as well as the grade levels indicated in the booking.
     
  • If your preferred time is not listed on the date you've chosen, it has already been booked.

 

NOTE: "Science Center Exhibits" and "Planetarium Show Visit" require separate registrations. Make sure to sign up for both, separately, if that's what your group is doing.

  • Example: Register for "Science Center Exhibits Visit" at 10AM and a "Planetarium Show Visit" at 11AM.

Capacity

  • For standard field trips with up to 75 students: The entire group may tour exhibits and then watch a planetarium show together.
  • For standard field trips with more than 75 participants: Two registrations need to be made per activity (science exhibits or planetarium show) to accommodate your entire group. Your participants will be split into two smaller groups that rotate between the exhibit hall and the planetarium theater.
  • Discovery Programs accommodate 30 to 35 students depending on the program.

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of check-in.
  • Payment can be made by cash or credit card and should be done in one transaction.
  • No coupons or additional discounts can be applied to the group visit rates.
  • Groups arriving with fewer than 10 participants will be charged the base rate for your group type.
