New Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon

The laser light show for Pink Floyd’s classic album Dark Side of the Moonhas drawn audiences across generations. Now, at long last, a spellbinding new Dark Side of the Moon planetarium show has landed. A captivating combination of music and fulldome imagery, the new show will launch in the Eos Planetarium Theater on Saturday, September 8, 2018.

An audio-visual extravaganza inspired by the music of Pink Floyd’s landmark 1973 album “Dark Side of the Moon,” this new show will captivate both veteran fans and recent enthusiasts. Produced to take advantage of Flandrau’s state-of-the-art fulldome projection system, the new show features spellbinding abstract visuals that immerse the audience for a truly astounding experience. And with Flandrau’s upgraded sound system, the Dolby 5.1 surround sound mix delivers a mesmerizing sonic journey along with the visuals.

To launch this new show, Flandrau will screen Dark Side of the Moon twice every Friday and twice every Saturday night for a month, starting on Friday, September 7. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shows contain some rapidly flashing sequences. Fulldome visuals can create dramatic sensations of motion, which may make some viewers feel uncomfortable.This show is intended for adult audiences.

Event Tickets:
Pink Floyd show tickets are $8 and will be available for purchase day-of the scheduled show at the Flandrau front desk during regular business hours. No discounts or promotions applicable for Dark Side of the Moontickets. Seating is limited.

Tickets cannot be purchased in advance, but they can be reserved starting Monday, September 3. Call 520-621-4516 to be placed on our Ticket Reservation list! Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to showtime to claim your reserved tickets. Unclaimed reserved tickets will be released once theater doors are open.
