Marine Discovery Request Form

Thank you for your interest for the Marine Discovery Program. This program runs from September 19th to December 1st. Please fill out your request form below, and our Reservation Team will get back to you shortly.
Cost: $5 per student, teachers and 5 chaperones free; Addt'l adult chaperones price vary.
Discounts for Title 1 schools available.
Audience: 3rd - 8th Grade
Available dates: Tuesday - Friday, Fall 2017 Only
Group Size: 10-40 students per workshop

Need to come on several dates? Let us know here. Max 40 students per workshop.

All visits run from 9:15 to 11:50, Tuesday through Friday. It is imperative that you are on time for your 9:15 start time, as late arrivals will shorten your program.

In the case that your first date is full, please select a second alternate date. If you are requesting more than 2 workshops, please select a date for subsequent workshops.

40 students per workshop. Please indicate # of students per workshop.

We require that you bring a minimum of one (1) chaperone, admitted free, for every ten (10) youths or children. Your first 5 chaperones are free; however, space is limited in the classroom, and some adults may not be able to participate. Please keep in mind that, for the duration of your visit, the chaperones are responsible for the behavior of the students they are accompanying.

Planetarium shows may be added on to your Discovery program. Shows are approximately 1 hour, and are $3 per student. Planetarium shows must be scheduled in advance; we may not be able to accommodate same-day requests

Science Center Exhibits may be added on to your Discovery program. Exhibit time is approximately 1 hour, and is $2 per student. Exhibits must be scheduled in advance; we may not be able to accommodate same-day requests.
